RoadRunners Pre-Tournament Dinner & Auction
When: Saturday, September 6th, at 8pm following the RoadRunners vs the Aberdeen Wings (exhibition game, Landon Arena 5pm)
Where: Lazy Toad Restaurant (5331 SW 22nd Place, Suite 2)
How: $25 per ticket. Price includes one ticket to the RoadRunners exhibition game, auction bid number, one raffle ticket for door prizes, and a pasta buffet with salad and bread sticks. VIP tables are available at an additional charge (for 4 $125, for 8 $250), and include one free beverage, preferred seating and RoadRunner autographed memorabilia.
Why: Benefiting the RoadRunners Booster Club. Items being auctioned off include: RoadRunners players as Caddies, Coors Light items, various gift cards, gift baskets, and more.
2nd Annual Golf Tournament
When: Sunday, September 7th. Pre-registration begins at 9am. Tee-off is at 10am.
Where: Western Hills Golf Course (8533 SW 21st Street)
What: 9am – Pre-registration for golfers, light breakfast provided
10am – Tee-off
2pm – Post-round meal & awards at the clubhouse
4pm Event Wrap-up
How: Four player team ($250), four swag bags ($160), Single player ($65), single swag bag ($50)
