Free-For-All: RoadRunners Announce Free Parking

The Topeka RoadRunners are excited to announce FREE parking for ALL fans ALL season long! Already one of the most affordable tickets in town, the elimination of the $5 parking fee makes the RoadRunners an even greater entertainment option for Topekans.

“We are always looking to improve the game night experience at Landon Arena,” said Kansas Expocentre General Manager H.R. Cook. “Free and easy access to our facility will allow our customers and their families more flexibility to choose the Expocentre and the RoadRunners throughout this highly anticipated season.”

The RoadRunners join the Topeka Capitals, their tier-III franchise, in offering free parking for fans. The Capitals, who came into existence last season, offer free parking and $5 general admission tickets. RoadRunners season ticket holders get to attend Capitals games for free and can lock in the same low price for their tickets that they have enjoyed over the past few years. The offer of free parking can save season ticket holders, and regular fans, up to $140-per-season.

“The people have spoken and we have listened,” said RoadRunners owner Don Stone. “More than ever, we think it is important to reward our amazing fans. Making it easier and more affordable to enjoy the best hockey around is just a part of our strategy, one which we are proud to offer this season.”

The RoadRunners regular season begins this Friday, September 12th, against the Corpus Christi Ice Rays at 7pm. Season tickets are on sale now starting as low as $167-a-seat and flex plan packages of 10 or 14 games are available starting at $62.50.
